Caroline Achieng Oduor — an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public, with over 19 years of comprehensive legal practice. I am the Principal Partner at Caroline Oduor & Associates Advocates, a firm I founded in 2019 to deliver incisive, client-centred legal services.
My practice spans civil litigation, international trade law, corporate and commercial transactions, public procurement, constitutional law, land and property and governance advisory. Beyond courtrooms and boardrooms, I serve as an Adjunct Lecturer in Civil Litigation at the Kenya School of Law, where I train the next generation of advocates.
I hold an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Salford (UK), an Advanced Diploma in International Trade Law from Lund University (Sweden), and a LLB (Hons) from the University of Nairobi — complemented by executive education at Harvard Law School.
